How do I return an item?

You need to change how you shop and feel the beauty of custom. So there are no rules on returns at Cognitivology. If you don’t like a product, we will take it back. No questions asked
We accept returns for exchange or refund 6 months after delivery of the product. Items must be in “unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of unaltered and unused condition:
• without showing signs of wear or damage
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for ccthedots credit
